I am the Vice Chair of the American National Standards Institute X12 Communications and Control Subcommittee (ANSI X12, X12C). I am a designated expert for the U.S. at the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT). I am a member of the Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) and past Co-Chair of the Universal Business Language (UBL) Procurement Subcomittee. I have actively participated in industry groups in the aerospace, automotive, and high tech industries
