About Me:

I am thrilled to have the exciting job of assisting people with managing both personal and professional conflict and communications with others. I do this through writing, such as my book "This is Out of Control!¡ A Practical Guide to Managing Life's Conflicts", facilitating seminars, keynote speaking and advanced mediation (A conflict resolution process that involves training and discussion).
I enjoy teaching others practical concepts that help with perception changing and growing positive relationships. I am the second wife of my second husband and we're a blended family. I've been lucky to be employed in several part time positions as I was building my business. I believe that everyone has conflict in their lives, and that conflict can be motivating, dependent on how we handle it. My circumstances have led to my own conflict and some great learning experiences, that I am always prepared to share.
