Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ahmed Shareef and I am a business entrepreneur in various sectors. My biggest success is Ink Fill after a hard work I have brought this cartridge recycling business for a success business in Maldives. Celebrating the fifth year of recycling cartridges and my vision is to bring this business for the highest achievement in the industry. Ink Fill is the first & the only professional cartridge recycling center in Maldives. I am working very hard to maintain this business in its capacity to improve more services day by day. My dream is to establish a small factory to recycle printer cartridges & bring Ink Fill products to the market with affordable prices.
My second involvement is real estate business, just started with ground zero need investors to join with me to upgrade this business. My aim is even I started this business slowly I will improve this sector professional level. I know there's market for the business, it will need only matter of time to spend on, and this is not a small thing to do huge investments long term recovery but safe for the future.
My third responsibility is to look after my family business; we have dive school & optical shop as well. My elder brother runs a scuba dive school & my young brother runs fully equipped optical shop. We are working always together but in business wise we keep all the accounts separate. But each of them has responsibilities to look after each of the business in our capacity. So the entire day is fully occupied with our business and to discuss about what we have done throughout the day and what will be the next step to take.
In the diving school I am organizing dive trips & holiday tours to Maldives. We teach PADI diving courses and we are PADI certified diving center. We have being running this business for the last 10 years and we have certified more than 800 students all around the world in various PADI courses.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE I HAVE
From my child hood I was in the business, my first working experience is in tourism industry, I started working at the age of 20 years since then there's no single day that I took an off day in my life. This industry broadens my mind and opens for the outside world. I worked in different sectors of the industry, from bottom to top during 10 years period of time, when I reached the manager level and severed for 4 years, I quit the industry and moved to my family business. After that I started my own business recycling cartridges and attaching the other business as well.
For achieving the target I worked very hard, spend lot of time & money. I travel most of all country in Asia & South East Asia every year to learn what others do their business. I believe Maldives is a small country & market is small but whatever it is there's always a way I could establish things here as like others. This is my philosophy of believing and do things in my life, failure is not an option try hard ones its fail you do achieve if you work hard.
